“We’re super excited to be part of the Piscataway community,” said owner, Sagar Bhalla, a GIA certified gemologist and jewelry designer. “We work with some of the best and leading companies on the planet. We’re here to help people build healthy, long-lasting relationships during special moments.” 
“I want to thank Jewelry Design Lab for investing in the Piscataway business community,” said Mayor Brian Wahler. “Piscataway is known around the world for being a high fashion, cosmetic town. While he may be young, Bhalla isn’t new to the jewelry industry, growing up learning the business from his parents who have operated a jewelry store in Edison for over 30 years.Small businesses are the backbone of the U.S. economy,” said Wahler. “It takes people who are willing to invest their own money to make the American dream come forward. Piscataway Township Council President, Kapil Shah also helped cut the red grand opening ribbon along with representatives from MCFOODS and from the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce.
“I want to thank Sagar so much for partnering with MCFOODS and wanting to share and give back to some of our most wonderful residents who are food insecure,” said director Jennifer Apostol. “We appreciate their partnership and look forward to having them in our community.” The grand opening celebration continues through April 30 for Jewelry Design Lab with specials on Mother’s Day gifts and services.
